Carpene Malvolti was founded in 1868 and successive generations of the family's master distillers have passed on their skills and techniques in order to ensure the incomparable quality and style of these fine grappa's.

Grappa is a unique and exclusively Italian spirit, distilled from the pressings of fresh wine grapes. To ensure the ultimate quality of the final product, we take great care in the selection of the white grapes used.

These are sourced in the beautiful hills of the Conegliano Veneto area and they are "soft pressed" - thus yielding a variety of high quality liquids.

The best selections are then distilled in steam-heated pot stills made of copper. Our Finest Aged Grappa and our Finissima Grappa Bianca are produced in strictly limited quantities. Our Fine Vecchia Grappa is then aged in Slovenian and Limousin oak barrels until the optimum level of finesse and harmony has been achieved.

The Carpenè Malvolti brandy is the result of the accurate selection of top quality wines that are fist distilled and then carefully aged in small oak barrels from Slavonia and Limousine based on a method brought to perfection by the Carpenè family. After having aged for at least 7 years in the house's historical cellars, this spirit made from wine reaches a balanced elegance and fineness added to a wealth of aromas that make it unique and distinctive.
